Born and raised on the south shore of Long Island New York, Joe was introduced to hunting and fishing at a very young age, following in the footsteps of his father and older brother.  His interest in the history of local hunting and fishing on Long Island coupled with his love for the outdoors became a core part of who he is.  Haven Bay Outfitters was created out of that love, providing others the opportunity to experience all the beauty Long Islands waters has to offer.

Joe holds a 100 Ton Master Captains license issued from USCG as well as a New York State Hunting and Fishing Guide license
